Our fees are completely transparent. You can be sure that the fee we charge is completely standardised. At Construction Elite we believe in charging flat, no nonsense fees that ensure you receive value for money and don't pay more for a recruitment service than is necessary.
Our fair fee structure helps us to establish long-term customer relationships. Permanent Recruitment Fee:
Basic annual salary / OTE Flat fee
Up to £24k 9%
£24k and over 15%
£45k and over 22%
In the unlikely event your new employee does't work out there is a refund scale, see below;
Temporary Workers
Temporary workers are charged by hour or by day. Rates are reasonable, and dependent on experience, qualifications and hours worked.
